C-24.2, r. 6.01 - Ministerial Order concerning Public highways where photo radar devices and red light camera systems may be used

5.1. Fixed photo radar devices may be used to monitor compliance with speed limits on the following public highways:
(1)  in the territory of Ville de Boucherville (58033), the portion of autoroute 20, named autoroute Jean-Lesage, which extends from a line perpendicular to autoroute 20, located at a distance of 410 m from the intersection between autoroute 20 and the central axis of bridge P-13544 of boulevard de Mortagne, measured southeasterly following the centre of the northernmost lane, excluding the exit ramp of rue Ampère, to another perpendicular line located at a distance of 200 m from the first line, measured southeasterly following the centre of the same lane, to monitor the speed of road vehicles moving in the westbound lane;
(2)  in the territory of Ville de Charlemagne (60005), the portion of autoroute 40, named autoroute Félix-Leclerc, which extends from a line perpendicular to autoroute 40, located at a distance of 150 m from the intersection between autoroute 40 and the central axis of bridge P-09784 of autoroute 640, measured northeasterly following the centre of the southeasternmost lane, excluding the entrance and exit ramps of autoroute 640, to another perpendicular line located at a distance of 200 m from the first line, measured northeasterly following the centre of the same lane, to monitor the speed of road vehicles moving in the eastbound lane;
(3)  in the territory of Ville de Laval (65005), the portion of autoroute 15, named autoroute des Laurentides, which extends from a line perpendicular to autoroute 15, located at a distance of 210 m from the intersection between autoroute 15 and the central axis of bridge P-17003N of boulevard Sainte-Rose, measured northerly following the centre of the easternmost lane, excluding the entrance ramp of boulevard Sainte-Rose and avenue de la Renaissance, to another perpendicular line located at a distance of 200 m from the first line, measured northerly following the centre of the same lane, to monitor the speed of road vehicles moving in the northbound lane;
(4)  in the territory of Ville de Lévis (25213), the portion of autoroute 20, named autoroute Jean-Lesage, which extends from a line perpendicular to autoroute 20, located at a distance of 210 m from the intersection between autoroute 20 and the central axis of railroad bridge P-13787, measured southwesterly following the centre of the northernmost lane, excluding the exit ramp toward rue de la Concorde, to another perpendicular line located at a distance of 200 m from the first line, measured southwesterly following the centre of the same lane, to monitor the speed of road vehicles moving in the westbound lane;
(5)  in the territory of Ville de Mirabel (74005), the portion of autoroute 15, named autoroute des Laurentides, which extends from a line perpendicular to autoroute 15, located at a distance of 320 m from the intersection between autoroute 15 and the central axis of bridge P-09730 of Chemin de la Côte Nord, measured northwesterly following the centre of the northeasternmost lane to another perpendicular line located at a distance of 200 m from the first line, measured northwesterly following the centre of the same lane, to monitor the speed of road vehicles moving in the southbound lane;
(6)  in the territory of Ville de Montréal (66023):
(a)  (subparagraph revoked);
(b)  the portion of route 138, which extends from a line perpendicular to route 138, located at a distance of 350 m from the intersection between route 138 and the central axis of bridge P-03810Q of rue Airlie, measured northeasterly following the centre of the easternmost lane, to another perpendicular line located at a distance of 200 m from the first line, measured northerly following the centre of the same lane, to monitor the speed of road vehicles moving in the eastbound lane;
(c)  the portion of chemin McDougall, which extends from a line perpendicular to chemin McDougall, located at a distance of 50 m from the centre of the intersection between chemin McDougall and boulevard Le Boulevard, measured southeasterly following the centre of the northernmost lane, to another perpendicular line located at a distance of 200 m from the first line, measured easterly following the centre of the same lane, to monitor the speed of road vehicles moving in the eastbound lane;
(7)  in the territory of Ville de Pincourt (71070), the portion of autoroute 20, named autoroute du Souvenir, which extends from a line perpendicular to autoroute 20, located at a distance of 530 m from the intersection between the central axis of bridge P-13164 of autoroute 20 and boulevard Cardinal-Léger, measured easterly following the centre of the southernmost lane, to another perpendicular line, located at a distance of 200 m from the first line, measured northeasterly following the centre of the same lane, to monitor the speed of road vehicles moving in the eastbound lane;
(8)  in the territory of Ville de Québec (23027):
(a)  the portion of autoroute 40, named autoroute Félix-Leclerc, which extends from a line perpendicular to autoroute 40, located at a distance of 330 m from the intersection between autoroute 40 and the central axis of bridge P-14407 of avenue D’Estimauville, measured southwesterly following the centre of the northernmost lane, to another perpendicular line located at a distance of 200 m from the first line, measured southwesterly following the centre of the same lane, to monitor the speed of road vehicles moving in the westbound lane;
(b)  the portion of autoroute 440, named autoroute Dufferin-Montmorency, which extends from a line perpendicular to autoroute 440, located at a distance of 40 m from the centre of its intersection with boulevard François-De Laval, measured westerly following the centre of the southernmost lane, to another perpendicular line located at a distance of 200 m from the first line, measured westerly following the centre of the same lane, to monitor the speed of the road vehicles moving in the eastbound lane;
(9)  in the territory of Ville de Saint-Georges (29073), the portion of route 173, named boulevard Lacroix, which extends from a line perpendicular to boulevard Lacroix, located at a distance of 50 m from the centre of its intersection with 112e Rue, measured southeasterly following the centre of the southernmost lane, to another line perpendicular to boulevard Lacroix, located at a distance of 200 m from the first line, measured southeasterly following the centre of the same lane, to monitor the speed of the road vehicles moving in the southbound lane.

(3)  in the territory of Ville de Laval (65005), the portion of autoroute 15, named autoroute des Laurentides, which extends from a line perpendicular to autoroute 15, located at a distance of 210 m from the intersection between autoroute 15 and the central axis of bridge P-17003N of boulevard Sainte-Rose, measured northerly following the centre of the easternmost lane, excluding the entrance ramp of boulevard Sainte-Rose and avenue de la Renaissance, to another perpendicular line located at a distance of 200 m from the first line, measured northerly following the centre of the same lane, to monitor the speed of road vehicles moving in the northbound lane;
(4)  in the territory of Ville de Lévis (25213), the portion of autoroute 20, named autoroute Jean-Lesage, which extends from a line perpendicular to autoroute 20, located at a distance of 210 m from the intersection between autoroute 20 and the central axis of railroad bridge P-13787, measured southwesterly following the centre of the northernmost lane, excluding the exit ramp toward rue de la Concorde, to another perpendicular line located at a distance of 200 m from the first line, measured southwesterly following the centre of the same lane, to monitor the speed of road vehicles moving in the westbound lane;
(5)  in the territory of Ville de Mirabel (74005), the portion of autoroute 15, named autoroute des Laurentides, which extends from a line perpendicular to autoroute 15, located at a distance of 320 m from the intersection between autoroute 15 and the central axis of bridge P-09730 of Chemin de la Côte Nord, measured northwesterly following the centre of the northeasternmost lane to another perpendicular line located at a distance of 200 m from the first line, measured northwesterly following the centre of the same lane, to monitor the speed of road vehicles moving in the southbound lane;
(6)  in the territory of Ville de Montréal (66023):
(a)  (subparagraph revoked);
(b)  the portion of route 138, which extends from a line perpendicular to route 138, located at a distance of 350 m from the intersection between route 138 and the central axis of bridge P-03810Q of rue Airlie, measured northeasterly following the centre of the easternmost lane, to another perpendicular line located at a distance of 200 m from the first line, measured northerly following the centre of the same lane, to monitor the speed of road vehicles moving in the eastbound lane;

(7)  in the territory of Ville de Pincourt (71070), the portion of autoroute 20, named autoroute du Souvenir, which extends from a line perpendicular to autoroute 20, located at a distance of 530 m from the intersection between the central axis of bridge P-13164 of autoroute 20 and boulevard Cardinal-Léger, measured easterly following the centre of the southernmost lane, to another perpendicular line, located at a distance of 200 m from the first line, measured northeasterly following the centre of the same lane, to monitor the speed of road vehicles moving in the eastbound lane;
(8)  in the territory of Ville de Québec (23027):
(a)  the portion of autoroute 40, named autoroute Félix-Leclerc, which extends from a line perpendicular to autoroute 40, located at a distance of 330 m from the intersection between autoroute 40 and the central axis of bridge P-14407 of avenue D’Estimauville, measured southwesterly following the centre of the northernmost lane, to another perpendicular line located at a distance of 200 m from the first line, measured southwesterly following the centre of the same lane, to monitor the speed of road vehicles moving in the westbound lane;
(b)  the portion of autoroute 73, named autoroute Henri-IV, which extends from a line perpendicular to autoroute 73, located at a distance of 450 m from the intersection between autoroute 73 and the central axis of bridge P-13625 of boulevard Hochelaga, measured northerly following the centre of the easternmost lane to another perpendicular line located at a distance of 200 m from the first line, measured northerly following the centre of the same lane, to monitor the speed of road vehicles moving in the northbound lane;
(9)  in the territory of Ville de Saint-Georges (29073), the portion of route 173, named boulevard Lacroix, which extends from a line perpendicular to boulevard Lacroix, located at a distance of 50 m from the centre of its intersection with 112e Rue, measured southeasterly following the centre of the southernmost lane, to another line perpendicular to boulevard Lacroix, located 200 m from the first line, measured southeasterly following the centre of the same lane, to monitor the speed of the road vehicles moving in the southbound lane.
